The City of Seattle and Sound Transit chose the Walker Macy-led team to provide recommendations on street networks, open space, urban design, and building massing for the Mount Baker Station Area Plan. This project will inform the future development of the former University of Washington Consolidated Laundry site, the Sound Transit East Portal Site, and the long-term vision for the Mount Baker station area. We are thrilled to have Weinstein A+U as partners in this effort, and are also collaborating with Perteet, who is studying options for the relocation of the King County Metro Bus Transit Center.
