Walker Macy is teaming with the City of Albany to create plans to improve the City’s waterfront. The project includes renovations to Monteith Park, the city’s signature downtown open space, as well as improvements to the Dave Clark Trail, and Water Avenue which features a variety of historic properties and redevelopment opportunity sites. The new waterfront design will strengthen the community’s connection to one of our region’s most beautiful natural resources: the Willamette River, providing improved access, event spaces, and streetscape improvements.
