Portland Community College Facilities Plan

Walker Macy is currently leading a team to develop a comprehensive vision for the entire PCC District, encompassing all of the institution’s campuses and centers. This Facilities Plan will provide recommendations for a 2022 bond measure to fund campus improvements, and will assess potential locations for college growth to meet future demand. While the project team is assessing space needs, enrollment, land use, and transportation, we are specifically focused on Critical Race Theory, Spatial Theory, and Design Justice to inform the project. This approach will drive our community engagement process and ensure that community input is incorporated in decision-making and outcomes of the project.
